Try it with Spicy Miso soup for more heat! With thick-cut, roasted Pork Belly, this Ramen is for the meat lover. It’s topped with thick-cut roasted pork belly, green onions, and red pickled ginger and served with our signature pork broth “Tonkotsu” Ramen. Seafood Champon-men
“Champon-men" translates to Ramen, with ample mixed seafood and veggie ingredients, in Japanese. Shrimp, baby clams, squid muscle, cabbage, corn, green beans, and green onions are served over our signature pork broth “Tonkotsu” Ramen. Choice of soup flavors: Shio (salted), Miso (Japanese seasoning from fermented soybeans), or Spicy Miso (fermented soybeans with chili oil)




Oat Cold Miso Ramen (Seasonal)
Try our newest Ramen dish, “Oat Cold Miso Ramen.” This unique Cold Ramen will be great for the summer season! Our special Oat Miso creamy sauce, over cold noodles, is topped with slices of “Chashu” (roasted pork), green onions & shredded carrots; choice of sauce flavors: Miso (Japanese seasoning from fermented soybeans) or Spicy Miso (fermented soybeans with chili oil)

Served with Udon noodles, which are thick wheat noodles served over a rich soy sauce based stock made from kelp and bonito flakes.
