Soup broth made from pork bones (we Japanese call it “Tonkotsu”), and served with our signature noodles, “ Chijire-men” (thick wrinkled egg noodles), topped with slices of “Chashu” (roasted pork), green onion & shredded carrots OR Vegetable Tonkotsu: asparagus, bamboo shoots, broccoli, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots & tofu; choice of soup flavors includes: Shio (salted), Shoyu (soy sauce), Miso (Japanese seasoning from fermented soybeans), or Spicy Miso (fermented soybeans with chili oil)
